Storyline
Backstreet Rookie the drama story of Choi Dae hyun a kind but clumsy convenience store owner. One day he hires Jung Saet byul a tough and energetic young woman as a part-time worker. Unknown to Dae hyun Saet byul has had a crush on him for years.
At first they argue a lot due to their opposite personalities Dae hyun is serious and responsible while Saet byul is carefree and bold. However as they spend more time together they start to understand and support each other.
Dae hyun also faces pressure from his rich girlfriend Yoo Yeon joo and struggles to keep his small business running. Saet byul fights to protect her younger sister and prove she is more than just a troublemaker.
