Synopsis
Yang Yishan grew up under the careful watch of his aunt in Shanghai and dreams of living life on his own terms. To chase that freedom he moves far away to study in northeast china hoping to build a fresh start. However life in a new place is not as easy as he expected.
Yishan feels out of place and struggles to adjust to the different lifestyle and weather. That is when Zhao Duoduo enters his life a cheerful and lively local girl who seems to have mastered everything he finds difficult. Duoduo and her friends welcome him help him settle in and soon Yishan begins to open up.
His aunt unexpectedly arrives and ends up becoming friends with Duoduo’s father leading to funny and awkward situations. Yishan and Duoduo clash because of their different personalities and habits. But as they spend more time together their relationship slowly softens and grows deeper. What started with confusion and frustration soon turns into something sweet, full of laughter, mutual support and budding romance.
