Synopsis
Gui Xiao and Lu Yan Chen were once deeply in love during their youth. However due to career paths, distance and personal responsibilities they slowly drifted apart and eventually broke up. Lu Yan Chen chose a demanding and dangerous career as a special police officer while Gui Xiao pursued a stable life in the city. Their separation left both of them with lingering regrets and unresolved emotions.
Years later destiny reunites them unexpectedly. Gui Xiao is no longer the young girl she once was and Lu Yan Chen has endured hardship and loneliness through his work. As they meet again old feelings resurface but so do fears doubts and emotional wounds.
